Most Notable Accomplishment:

On November 24, 2005 Senior Police Officer Carr and Officer Quigley conducted a Felony traffic stop in the 100 block of N. Main St.  During the stop the suspect assaulted Officer Quigley then fled the scene.  Canine Xanto pursued the suspect and after a brief struggle took him to the ground and held him there until S.P.O. Carr could reach him and take him into custody. The suspect was charged with numerous felonies.
